Sales & support engineer use their technical skills to explain the benefits of their products or services to potential customers and to show how their products or services are better than their competitors'. They also sell new products or software in order to increase clients' output and profit.

  • Try their best to meet and accomplish sales goals and targets
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Present products or services in industry that would be beneficial to client business
  • Meet with clients at appointments for sales presentations and demo
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities
  • Offering after-sales support services
  • Support service team for collecting and delivery instrument for service
  • Support finance team by following up sales collection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
