Human Resource Executive

Job description :
An HR Executive manages core HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, and employee relations, ensuring policies align with company goals and labor laws, aiming to create a positive, productive workplace by handling day-to-day HR operations, supporting management, and contributing to strategic HR projects. They bridge employees and management, dealing with grievances, training, and retention to support organizational growth. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage offers, and execute smooth onboarding/offboarding.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits (health, retirement), and ensure fair, competitive packages.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
- Policy & Compliance: Implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and maintain accurate records.
- Training & Development: Identify needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
- HR Operations: Manage HR projects, and HR analytics.
- Manpower outsource : Manage foreign worker claims, complaints, sourcing and manpower compliance for projects
Job Requirements :
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Must be well-versed in Malaysia Labor Laws and IR practices.
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
Experiences in hand-on dealings with CIDB, NIOSH, SOCSO, EPF etc is advantageous.
At least one(1) year working experience in the related field.
Reliable and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
Detail-oriented, willing to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill.
Perform supporting role and administrative duties for Manager
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.
Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Valid driving license holder is preferred
Able to start immediately.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
