Human Resources Planning & Staffing
- Handle the staffing process from recruitment to on-boarding
- Manage induction for new employees
Employee Relations
- Ensure that all employees are aware of the HR policies and procedures in place and respond to related inquired
- Attend to employees' grievances and provide guidance
- Advise management on resolution of employee relations issues
- Handle disciplinary matters
Payroll & HR Administration
- Handle the processing of payroll for all employees
- Administer employees benefits programme such as health insurance ,leave, etc.
- Maintain up-to-date information of employees in Human Resources Information System and ensure personnel files are kept up-to-dates
- Maintain records of benefit plans and employee statistics for government/ statutory reporting / audits
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Required 2-3 years of relevant experiences
Sound knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, EPF Act 1951 / 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.
Independent, sound judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
Well organized with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
