As part of our Projects Team, you'll manage high-profile residential and commercial developments, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution for bathroom solutions—from planning, coordination to delivery & installation.
  • Liaise with developers, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues on the ground.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications of premium product lines.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in sales & marketing.
  • Experience in project, sales & marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on mindset.
  • Open to both experienced Project Sales & Marketing Managers and developing Project Sales & Marketing Executives looking to grow.
