Key Responsibilities

  1. Communicate professionally with customers across all Malaysian demographics through instant messaging and phone.

  2. Handle written and verbal communication clearly and effectively.

  3. Follow up with customers to collect documents required for loan assessment.

  4. Guide customers on document preparation and ensure accuracy before handover.

  5. Maintain a warm, patient, and supportive communication style.

  6. Work flexibly based on customer needs and operational workflows.

  7. Cooperate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work culture.

  8. Record customer conversations, progress, and key notes in company systems.

Minimum Requirements

  1. At least 1 year experience in customer service, call centre, hospitality, or service-related industry.

  2. Ability to communicate with all races in Malaysia, in writing and verbally.

  3. Strong proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and/or Cantonese.

  4. Friendly, approachable, and patient personality.

  5. Strong organisational skills, able to follow up and manage multiple customer cases.

  6. Willingness to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

  7. Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, email, Google Workspace).

Additional Requirements


• Typing speed requirement (35–45 wpm).


• Problem-solving mindset.


• Basic PDPA and data privacy awareness.


• Multitasking skills.


• Experience in banking, fintech, personal loan, or call centre roles preferred.


• Experience with CRM / ticketing systems.


• Ability to handle basic customer objections.
