Job Level: Entry level to Intermediate

Salary Range:

Full time: RM 2,600 - RM 3,000

Part time: RM15 to 18/hr

Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week / Shifting Hours

Overview:

INITIA Group - Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our vibrant F&B team as Service Crew. This role is centered around supporting daily restaurant operations, delivering prompt and friendly service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While your main role will involve serving food and beverages, you may also assist with basic front-of-house tasks like greeting guests or helping with seating during peak hours.

Core Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.
• Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
• Occasionally assist with welcoming guests and basic FOH duties (e.g. hosting or queue management).
• Provide general support to outlet operations and uphold brand standards.

Job Specifications

• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus. But Fresh graduates / Entry-level welcome to apply
• Friendly, engaging, and customer-oriented personality.
• Comfortable with standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage (to cater to a diverse customer base).
• Malaysian citizens or those with the legal right to work in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.
