Responsibilities and Duties:

Marketing Planning and Execution

·       Plan and implement advertising and marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

·       Develop annual marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and advertising activities aligned with company objectives.

·       Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

·       Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.

Advertising & Branding

·       Manage and execute advertising activities both online and offline.

·       Prepare and coordinate advertising materials such as posters, videos, and digital content.

·       all advertising and promotional activities comply with the company's branding guidelines.

·       Liaise with external agencies, designers, and media partners for promotional purposes.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content such as posts, videos, and promotional visuals.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments or messages promptly.
  • Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports.

Promotional, Live & Retail Booth Activities

  • Plan and conduct live sessions to promote products and engage with customers.
  • Organize and manage retail booths at malls or events in Melaka, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, or other assigned locations, including booth setup, staffing, and sales coordination.
  • Coordinate both online and offline promotional activities with the sales and operations teams.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional activities run smoothly and align with company objectives.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Develop creative content for advertisements, websites, and social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all communication platforms.

Customer Complaint Handling

  • Handle customer complaints or feedback related to marketing activities professionally.
  • Respond promptly to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare brief reports on customer complaints and recommend improvements where necessary.

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Maintain marketing records, campaign documentation, and budget tracking.
  • Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities and performance for management review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  1. · Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or social media management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

· Strong understanding of marketing principles, social media management, and brand promotion.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

· Creative, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Willing to travel and work during weekends or public events when required (for booth or campaign activities).

· Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is an added advantage.
