About the Job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead initiatives focused on optimizing financial and accounting processes. In this role, you will oversee projects from initiation to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure successful implementation. You will utilize business process and data analysis techniques to translate complex financial needs into actionable project plans. Strong collaboration with stakeholders will be essential as you support system introductions and process improvements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works independently, adapts quickly to new technologies, and actively seeks opportunities to grow and contribute in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing IT Projects: Oversee IT projects focused on optimizing financial and accounting processes from inception to completion.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate meetings between cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Utilize business process and data analysis frameworks to define project requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders on financial and accounting process optimization/system introduction projects.
  • Autonomous Work: Work autonomously and proactively seek opportunities to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with financial accounting systems and experience optimizing related processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver projects focused on financial and accounting system improvements.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis and reporting tasks efficiently.
  • Skilled in designing logical data models to support process improvements and system implementations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical and business concepts to diverse, cross-functional teams.
