Job Description :

  • Receive and confirm orders from subsidiaries or sales teams, verifying product model, quantity, delivery date, packaging requirements, etc.
  • Track order production progress, maintain daily communication with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure on-time shipment.
  • Update order status promptly and provide progress feedback to sales; coordinate exceptions (e.g., delays, material shortages, changes).
  • Prepare and verify export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading instructions, certificate of origin, etc.).
  • Check logistics information, follow up on transportation arrangements and customs clearance progress to ensure document accuracy and controllable timelines.
  • Assist in resolving production and delivery issues raised by customers or sales, promoting information transparency and quick response.
  • Enter and update order data and production information in the ERP or internal system to ensure data accuracy and traceability.
  • Regularly compile order execution reports, shipment plans, and delivery performance statistics.
  • Assist Project Manager in sample arrangement and sample development progress tracking.
  • Participate in customer visit receptions and on-site coordination.

Requirements :

  • College degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related majors.
  • Minimum 2 years of order coordination experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in medical devices, electronics, or plastic products industries is preferred.
  • Good command of both Chinese and English, able to communicate in written emails and verbally in English.
  • Familiar with order processes, export documents, and logistics operations.
  • Proficient in using Excel, Word, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Kingdee, Yonyou).
  • Proactive communicator, strong stress tolerance, able to adapt to a multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong service mindset, able to balance the needs between sales and the factory.
  • Quick learner, willing to acquire knowledge related to medical device products.
  • Experience in multinational communication or multi-plant collaboration is preferred.
