What you'll be doing?
  • Identify opportunities: Research and analyze potential land and property development opportunities.
  • Build relationships: Engage with landowners, consultants, and stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
  • Support proposals: Assist in preparing business proposals and feasibility reports.
  • Coordinate projects: Work with consultants to align project concepts with market needs.
  • Monitor trends: Stay updated on development trends and regulatory changes.
  • Assist in negotiations: Support negotiations and due diligence for partnerships and acquisitions.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in property development or business development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay is required.
  • Local knowledge: Good understanding of local authority procedures and land-related processes.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within Malaysia when required.
