Company Background:
The company is a prominent provider of sensory experience solutions with expertise in various core technologies including semiconductor. The company is located in Senai, Johor. Notably, they are the sole micro-component manufacturing company from China ranked in the top 10 company in China.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and safeguard the company stamp, including storage, approval, usage tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate fixed asset records, review material requests, and handle timely procurement of office and departmental supplies.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, meeting room
    coordination, and customer reception.
  • Supervise factory area maintenance such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and minor repairs.
  • Handle employee dormitory management, address feedback, and implement
    improvement initiatives to enhance satisfaction.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements in compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
  • Implement cost control measures, monitor expenditures, and support administrative purchasing activities.
  • Organize and support company meetings, events, and production schedules to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a
    related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing
    environment.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Familiar with manufacturing operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.

Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (5 days works)
Salary: up to rm5k
Benefits: AWS (13th month payment)
