Job Title: Logistic Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including parcel storage, sorting, and dispatch to ensure minimal loss and maximum efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams across all channels to provide support and resolve basic delivery or receiving issues.
  • Verify customer information for accuracy and timeliness in accordance with operational standards.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to undelivered parcels, delivery exceptions, and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
  • Compile daily earnings reports and monitor branch-level financial systems to evaluate operational performance.
  • Stay updated on relevant technologies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or express delivery operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese or English is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive mindset, committed to continuous improvement and achieving results.

Jom Sertai Kami- Elaun Insentif Menarik Menanti Anda

Jika kehadiran penuh 30 hari, dan dalam tempoh 1–30 hari jumlah penghantaran mencapai 1200 parcel, akan mendapat ganjaran sekali gus RM200.

Jika kehadiran penuh 60 hari, dan dalam tempoh 31–60 hari jumlah penghantaran mencapai 1500 parcel, akan mendapat ganjaran sekali gus RM200.

Insentif ini boleh digabungkan – jumlah ganjaran maksimum sehingga RM400.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM4,884.46 per month
