About the role

As an Operation Assistant at YU SENG HOUSEWARES SDN BHD', you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of the company's daily operations. What you'll be doing

  • Assist in daily operations including inventory management, stock arrangement, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and update reports, documents, and filing related to operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Support the operations team in resolving any issues related to orders, delivery, or customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in daily tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in operations, administration, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
