Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including transaction recording, ledger upkeep, journal postings, and account reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and present the monthly management accounts to the management team, including variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Oversee inventory and purchasing, including stock tracking, usage monitoring, expiry control, and recording of treatment-related product consumption.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments, collections, and accurate reconciliations.
  • Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely, compliant audit completion.
  • Ensure accurate and punctual submission of statutory filings (SST/GST, income tax).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with clear data-driven insights.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience; experience across multiple entities is an advantage.
  • Experience in inventory management, e-invoicing, and SST/GST is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present financial information to senior management.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to deliver within tight monthly timelines.
  • High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Autocount, SQL) and strong in MS Excel.
