Job Description:
  1. Master the quality information in the production process, analyze the quality dynamics, and be responsible for the incoming goods (outsourced, outsourced parts, outsourced services) inspection, process inspection and testing, and final inspection;
  2. According to the requirements of the quality control procedure, correctly identify various quality control points and formulate management procedures;
  3. Responsible for organizing and handling customer feedback information;
  4. Organize the review of non-conforming products and exercise the final disposal right;
  5. Organize the convening of quality analysis meetings and organize the formulation of corrective and preventive measures;
  6. Ensure that the personnel of this department have received relevant training and mastered the relevant theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills;
  7. Analyze, judge and deal with practical problems in quality management;
  8. Responsible for the control of statistical techniques and their application and promotion;
  9. Responsible for the approval of finished product release;
  10. Responsible for product risk re-evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above;

  • More than 5 years of experience in quality management;

  • Able to accurately grasp the control points and key points in the production process, and have the ability to correctly analyze and deal with quality problems of products;
  • Able to design relevant forms and work procedures for controlling product quality according to work needs, and be able to write relevant documents;
  • Familiar with the laws, regulations, government policies, and standards and specifications that the company's products are adapted to;
  • Good organizational coordination, judgment, communication, planning and execution skills;

  • Excellent ability to promote improvement projects;

  • Hardworking, responsible, and no bad record;
