The Opportunity

As a Security Officer at Ram Guard Services Sdn Bhd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises in Gelang Patah, Johor. This is a full-time position where you will work with a team of security officers and oversee the day-to-day operations to deliver exceptional security services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to Shift Lead / Security Supervisor / Security Manager
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and client requirements
  • Monitor and report on security incidents, accidents and breaches
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks
  • Develop security skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a security role
  • Strong computer, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle security-related situations
  • Thorough understanding of security protocols, regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to provide 24/7 coverage
  • Proficient in both Malay and English languages
  • Good computer literacy
