Job Description :

  • Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance records. Keep track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and report to HR Executive / HR Manager / Assistant HR Director / HR Director and related superior.
  • Update and maintain employees personal record and manpower report.
  • Prepare basic HR correspondences, such as confirmation letter, warning letter, memo, show cause, etc.
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they carry out tasks properly.
  • Compile employees attendance records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Handle HR administration, such as starters and leavers process.
  • Prepare and coordinate offer letters and contracts to new employees and existing employees.
  • Schedule interviews, organize and update employee files, maintain security and confidentiality of employee information.
  • Plan and control of recruitment process from start to finish using the company recruitment grid system, (receiving request, reviewing job description, posting and sourcing, interviewing, making offer).
  • Conduct all exit interviews and relay information to individual departmental managers.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.

Prerequisites :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or one (1) year working experience in HR related field, especially specialized in recruitment role.
  • Essential knowledge and experience in local government law, rules, regulations, HR practices and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HR System.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language both written and verbal.
  • Good interpersonal, team player, planning, organization, problem solving and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
