Key Responsibilities:

Outlet Support & Experience:

  • Partner with Outlet and Operations Teams to understand on-ground needs and translate them into quality sourcing solutions that enhance member comfort, design, and overall experience.
  • Source and recommend products, fittings, and maintenance vendors that align with WORQ's brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Support rollout and setup of new outlets or refurbishments, ensuring readiness for launch and ongoing operational smoothness.

Maintenance & Service Continuity:

  • Coordinate with vendors for timely preventive and corrective maintenance of outlets.
  • Ensure procurement of maintenance items and services meets quality, cost, and reliability standards.
  • Track and monitor service-level performance from suppliers.

Regulatory, Compliance & Safety:

  • Support outlets in maintaining valid operational licenses and ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., business, signage, and health/safety permits).
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all regulatory requirements are renewed and documented accurately.

Procurement Operations:

  • Research and evaluate vendors based on quality, reliability, and value.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best value and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and delivery tracking for all departments.
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement performance, cost optimization, and vendor quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in procurement, facilities, or operations support roles.
  • Strong sourcing and negotiation skills, with an eye for design and quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication — able to bridge the gap between outlets, vendors, and management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving on-ground operational issues.
  • Familiar with compliance processes, vendor contracts, and documentation workflows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable with data tracking and reporting.
  • A team player with the agility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
