About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Tory Burch, a global luxury fashion brand that celebrates timeless style, creativity, and the power of women. As a Retail Associate, you will be part of a passionate team that brings the brand's values to life — blending beautiful design with warm, genuine service. You'll help every customer look and feel confident, stylish, and inspired.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and engage customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Share styling advice and product stories that reflect the spirit of Tory Burch — chic, bold, and confident.
  • Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects the brand's elegance and creativity.
  • Support daily store operations including cashiering, stock handling, and merchandising.
  • Work closely with your team to achieve sales and service goals, creating memorable customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a love for fashion and style.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience (luxury retail is an advantage).
  • Friendly, confident personality that connects with people well.
  • Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
