We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Finance Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting master data maintenance in our Hospital Information System, performing census analysis and reporting, managing inventory, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to process improvement and system implementation initiatives.

A. Master Data Maintenance

  • Assist in maintenance of master data in Hospital Information System when required
  • Verify master data maintenance requests in Hospital Information System
  • Ensure timely update and accuracy of master data at all time
  • Verify and process stock adjustment/write off request

B. Census Analysis and Reporting

  • Prepare periodic census reporting and financial related analysis
  • Prepare analysis for developing and monitoring performance of packages as assign by immediate superior
  • Assist in yearly budget preparation for census and revenue as required by management
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis/reporting as assigned by immediate superior from time to time

C. Inventory Management

  • Set up par level for auto stock replenishment for all the departments.

D. Financial Analysis

  • Prepare cost/pricing analysis and identify trends for packages

E. Process Improvement and automation; System Implementation

  • Involve in automation project to improve processes and productivity
  • Identify/enhance existing manual reporting through automatic or Business Intelligent tool
  • Involve in system implementation as assigned by immediate superior
  • Involve in on going housekeeping exercise of masters for consistency and readiness for system implementation/automation

F. Any other adhoc tasks assigned by management

Qualification & Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or any professional or finance equivalents
  • Previous experience in an finance/administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or related setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
