Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by helping them select products
  • Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Responds to customers' questions, including handling Facebook and Whatsapp questions.
  • Responsible for key customers order and payment
  • Update key customers invoice into system
  • Preparing daily customer's sales order, Invoice, and Delivery order
  • Verify goods upon loading lorry
  • Checking on acknowledged delivery order & Invoice
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma and/ or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • At least 1 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be IT / ISO literate.
  • Physical fit, able to work overtime and on holiday.
  • Able to work in short notice.
