Job Description:
The HR & Admin personnel is responsible for supporting human resource operations and general administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth daily operations, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction.
- Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Prepare HR documents (letters, memos, warnings, contracts).
- Support Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee activities.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws.
- Liaise with statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp).
Administration (Admin):
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
- Handle filing, documents, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and staff schedules.
- Assist in facility management (cleanliness, maintenance, utilities).
- Support purchasing of office/operational items when required.
- Handle company assets, keys, and inventory records.
- Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed within the workplace.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
