Job Description:

The HR & Admin personnel is responsible for supporting human resource operations and general administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth daily operations, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources (HR):

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction.
  • Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and assist with payroll preparation.
  • Prepare HR documents (letters, memos, warnings, contracts).
  • Support Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) matters.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee activities.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian labour laws.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp).

Administration (Admin):

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and general office upkeep.
  • Handle filing, documents, correspondence, and record keeping.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and staff schedules.
  • Assist in facility management (cleanliness, maintenance, utilities).
  • Support purchasing of office/operational items when required.
  • Handle company assets, keys, and inventory records.
  • Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed within the workplace.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle confidential matters.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
