JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Inhouse Digital Marketer cum Sales Admin to support our clinic's growth. This role combines digital marketing execution with sales administration and patient lead management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and comfortable handling both online marketing tasks and direct communication with potential patients.

This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, are interested in healthcare marketing, and want long-term career growth within a clinic setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing Responsibilities :

  • Plan, manage and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Assist in creating marketing content such as short videos, reels, posters and basic video edits
  • Manage and respond to enquiries from social media platforms and WhatsApp
  • Support digital marketing campaigns for clinic services, especially minor procedures
  • Monitor basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement and leads
  • Work closely with the doctor and internal team to align marketing content with clinic services

Sales Administration Responsibilities :

  • Handle incoming leads and patient enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Follow up with potential patients via WhatsApp or phone calls
  • Explain clinic services, procedures and pricing clearly and confidently
  • Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed appointments
  • Manage appointment scheduling and basic patient records
  • Prepare simple daily, weekly or monthly reports on leads and sales performance

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related fields (experience may substitute formal education)
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or Admin is an advantage
  • Familiar with Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp Business
  • Basic skills in Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
  • Has own transport for easy mobilization
  • Comfortable dealing with customers/patients and handling follow-ups
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

  • Clinic working hours (office hours)
  • No night shifts
