Role and responsibilities
1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, university, wellness centre, and clinics.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical biotech sector.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of medical biotech products and services offered.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and their staff.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service delivery.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
Track sales activities and adjust strategies based on results and market feedback.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards.
13.Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
- Build a strong professional network within the medical biotech community.
REQUIRMENTS
The desired abilities we are looking for are:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry. Fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of medical biotech products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
