Job Responsibilities

  • Manage accounting system including but not limited to preparation of a full set of accounts, bank reconciliation and book keeping.
  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statement and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare and monitor annual budget, revenue forecast, forecast P&L, costing allocation and monthly budgetary control.
  • Handle company statutory documents and yearly tax submission (including submission of CP204).
  • Prepare invoices, expenses analysis, payment vouchers and update daily cash flow position.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal group requirements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and other relevant regulatory bodies.

Job Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Accounting or partial professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar accounts role, preferably in the Property Development or Real Estate Industry.
  • Knowledge in IFCA accounting system.
  • Understanding on accounting standards and taxation matters.
  • Meticulous, organized, good with figures and pro-active.
  • Able to work in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
