RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist and provide support assistance for research and advocacy projects and activities on topics related to corporate governance and key matters affecting corporate directors.
  2. Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to provide support in understanding key global trends, and how they impact corporate and directors.
  3. Research, collate information and data, analyse and summarise finding in systematic manner to assist in the formation of meaningful recommendations, reports and presentations.
  4. Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarising key points, fit for social media posts and reports.
  5. Assist in the maintenance of the ICDM resource centre, from sourcing for relevant and quality materials, obtaining consent from the owner, to uploading the materials into the system.
  6. Assist in managing logistic arrangements, collaborate with other teams within and outside the organisation to ensure smooth coordination and execution of all R&A advocacy programmes.
  7. Built rapport, maintain good reputation and relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
  8. Provide input and research assistance for the development of ICDM service offerings and programme content development/enhancement where relevant.
  9. Be an alternate support team for any ICDM events/programmes.

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES & SKILLS):


• A Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Accounting/Finance/Law, or equivalent to work experiences. Fresh graduate with relevant experience may be considered.


• Resourceful, having excellent command of business writing and communication skills.


• Tech savvy, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment, agile and responsive in adapting to the complex and fluid nature of our business.


• Possess an inquisitive mind, analytical and problem-solving skills, with basic business acumen and understanding of the corporate governance landscape will be an edge.


• Good attention to detail, adept at handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.


• Team player with strong relationship building skills.


• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in line with ICDM values and mission.
