Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including cash flow monitoring, expense tracking, and budget tracking.

  • Prepare Sales report, Payable Report and assist in forecasting to support decision-making.

  • Review all invoices and follow up on outstanding invoices.

  • Ensure proper record and reconciliation of accounts.

Budgeting & Planning:

  • Assist in developing and tracking budgets for different departments, ensuring cost efficiency.

  • Advise on financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.

  • Monitor product costing and product margins.

  • Oversee department budget execution to ensure expenditures remain within allocated limits.

Business Advisory:

  • Provide financial insights to guide marketing and sales strategies.

  • Work with the production team to ensure financial feasibility in product development.

  • Analyze revenue streams and suggest improvements.

Process & SOP Development:

  • Assist and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial processes.

  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.

  • Implement financial controls to minimize risks.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Assist with document filing (physical and digital).

  • Maintain organized records and ensure easy retrieval of documents.

  • Managing adhoc admin task assigned from the management.

  • Assist documentation of record with finance team for monthly financial report.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome).

  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or Excel).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and develop structured processes.
