This role bridges engineering expertise with hands-on production management.Responsibilities:-Plan, monitor, and control daily production schedules and output targets.-Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production issues.-Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery performance and workflow.-Ensure product quality meets internal and external standards.-Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage technical resources.-Train and supervise production staff and technicians.-Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports.-Drive process improvement and automation initiatives.RequirementsDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.3-5 years of experience in production or technical management.Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and systems.Familiarity with quality control procedures.Proficient in production planning software and tools.Hands-on leadership style with a proactive mindset.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and resolve conflicts.Job Type: Full-timePay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
