Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar leadership role within the aluminium, window, or construction-related trade.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aluminium fabrication, glass works, and installation processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with solid organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/MRP systems is an added advantage.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation.
  • Lead the manufacturing of aluminium doors, windows, and related products to meet strict quality standards.
  • Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and optimize material utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Site Measurement and Installation Teams to align factory output with project timelines.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate factory staff to achieve peak performance.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Project Teams on stock and material requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and updates for management.
