◦ Investment and Manufacturing: With a total investment of RM2.5 million, we have a 22000 square foot state-of-the-art factory with strong independent production capabilities.

About the role

Our business in Johor Bahru is currently in a rapid expansion phase, and we are looking for a dynamic and leadership deputy factory director to work with us to build an excellent production and operation system. As a core member of the factory management team, you will report directly to the factory director and be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the production department. You are the direct executor of the company's goals and need to lead the team to ensure that production tasks fully meet safety, quality, cost, and efficiency standards. We are looking for a practical manager who can meet challenges and drive results.

What you'll be doing

1. Production and operation management: Fully responsible for the execution and monitoring of production plans, optimizing production processes, and ensuring the timely, high-quality, and quantity completion of production goals.
2. Team and Performance Leadership: Lead, motivate, and cultivate frontline production teams (including squad leaders, operators, etc.), create a positive, efficient, and disciplined work atmosphere, and enhance the overall combat effectiveness of the team.
3. Quality and Safety System: Strictly implement food safety management systems (such as HACCP, GMP), lead quality control and cost control in the production process, and ensure zero accidents in safety production.
4. Continuous improvement: Proactively identify production bottlenecks, promote continuous improvement in production efficiency, equipment efficiency, and material loss rate, and propose practical and feasible solutions.
5. Cross departmental collaboration: Work closely with departments such as warehousing, logistics, quality, and administration to ensure seamless integration between production processes and other links in the supply chain.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company's management.

What we're looking for

1. Educational requirements: Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, food science, or related fields. If one has exceptionally rich and relevant management experience, a diploma qualification may also be considered.

2. Industry experience: Must have at least 3 years of production management experience in the food manufacturing industry, with producers familiar with baking, beverages, and processed foods being particularly preferred.

3. Core competencies:

① Possess a strong sense of career ambition, eager to grow in the face of challenges, and able to lead a team to charge forward.

② Having excellent team leadership, motivation, and communication skills, able to effectively manage a diverse team.

③ Proficient in production management, cost control, quality system, and on-site management.

④ Agile thinking, able to quickly analyze abnormal problems in production and make decisive decisions.

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Chinese and Malay; Basic English communication skills.

2. Personal qualities: result oriented, strong ability to withstand pressure, possessing a high sense of responsibility and professionalism.
