About the Role

We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executives to support a top global e-hailing platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound & outbound calls, live chat, and email communications.
  • Assist users and drivers by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent service through clear communication and problem-solving.
  • Follow established procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Work effectively within a 24-hour rotational shift environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin (required).
  • Must understand Traditional Mandarin (reading & typing).
  • Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and rotational schedules.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability.
