Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (BM & English Speaker) to deliver exceptional customer support through inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and live chats.

This role requires individuals with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be trained to handle inquiries efficiently while maintaining the company's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively or escalate them to the relevant department.
  • Maintain service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Work on rotational shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification – must have passed Bahasa Malaysia and Sejarah.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to use email, chat, and CRM systems.
