Position: Marketing Exec

Location: Puchong

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Care & Support

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, or walk-in.
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and quality service.
  • Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems accurately.
  • Build long-term client relationships to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments, cloud service renewals, and Helpdesk support.
  • Conduct cold calls to reach potential customers and generate new business leads.
  • Collect and document customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Marketing & Communications

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials and advertising needs.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support branding strategies.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM or marketing tools.
  • Willing to work beyond office hours or weekends if required for campaigns or events.

Remuneration packages:

Salary: RM 4 , 000 basic + Attendance allowances (depend on experiences)

EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: Mon - Friday (5 days)

Working Hours: 8.00am - 5.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
