RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing onboarding processes with new employee.
- Responding to employee’s HR-related inquiries such as recruitment, benefits, perks, performance reviews, etc., and answering those inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Administering staff medical claim, medical insurance, and any related benefit by providing relevant information, ensuring the form completion, verifying submission, and approval notification, etc.
- Assisting to organise company activities and team building.
- Liaising with external parties for office maintenance and cleanliness, company, licence and insurance renewal, etc.
- Assisting in any ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in recruitment, HR processes, and good knowledge of HR-related information.
- Experience in the Advertising and Marketing related field is a plus point.
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
