  • Manage and coordinate end-to-end tender administration activities.
  • Prepare, compile, and review tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate inputs from sales, technical, finance, procurement, and management teams.
  • Ensure all tender requirements, forms, and supporting documents are complete and submitted on time.
  • Manage tender submissions via online portals, email, or physical delivery.
  • Monitor tender portals for new opportunities, clarifications, and addenda.
  • Liaise with clients and vendors regarding tender queries and documentation.
  • Maintain tender records, tracking logs, and submission status reports.
  • Support post-tender activities including clarifications, contract documentation, and handover.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and tender procedures.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Adminsitration or equivalent.

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Must have experience with Windows based programs and advance Micorsoft Excel skills a huge plus and added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
