JOB SUMMARY :
- Sales Executive to handle and promote our range of products (health supplements, health food and medical equipment)including after sales service .
- This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and a passion for business plus personal growth achievement .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Actively study all company products info
- Achieve set group sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct product detailing, presentations, and negotiations with healthcare professionals
- Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and relevant industry events
- Support marketing activities and health events organized by the company
- Execute sales and marketing plans to maximize territory potential
- Plan and manage weekly schedules with the Sales Manager to ensure effective coverage
- Prepare and submit accurate fields visit reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and the local industry code of conduct -Team works with others colleagues
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in health, pharmacy, or beauty industry)
- Having editing skills for video will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Able to work independently and also thrive in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow
- Willing to travel and possess own transport (sometimes outstation)
- Basic computer skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
- Only genuine and committed candidates will be considered
- Willing to travel or relocate to Bukit Raja, Klang
