Senior/Events Executive

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Event Manager by ensuring all necessary materials including but not limited to signages, promotional items are prepared, organized and properly set up/teardown on site by the event organizers.
  • Managed overall pre-show planning, deadlines and execution, site inspection of works in progress whenever necessary.
  • Be the point of contact to coordinate logistics between the property management and event organizers.
  • Assist in submitting event proposals and project plan (at least 2 months in advance) to the property management for approval before sharing the event pipelines to a wider group.
  • Ensure all paperwork and approval are accurate and obtained before the event, including but not limited to event planning forms, approval from the property management, and necessary permit and licenses.
  • Coordinate event planning meetings across relevant teams and ensure follow-up action are taken accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to address unforeseen challenges and accommodate additional requests.
  • Conduct thorough post-event evaluations and gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Display an adaptable work approach, delivering results within tight schedules.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • You are expected to work over the weekends when there's an event, working hours will be adjusted accordingly to cater such need.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
