Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally, comfort customers and respond promptly;
  • Understand common product quality issues and provide effective solutions;
  • Record customer feedback and assist relevant departments with follow-ups and improvements;
  • Maintain good customer relationships to ensure satisfaction;
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills;
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Malay (both spoken and written);
  • Patient, attentive, and able to remain calm and professional under pressure;
  • Prior experience in customer service is an added advantage.
