About the role
Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad is seeking an experienced Senior Trainer Executive to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in the development and implementation of our comprehensive training programmes, ensuring our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
What you'll be doing
- Training Design & Delivery
Plan, design, and deliver effective training programs — including classroom, online, and blended learning — for HQ and branch employees. - Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
Manage and maintain the company's LMS, including uploading content, managing users, tracking participation, and generating training reports. - Training Materials Development
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content that reflect adult learning principles and organizational needs. - Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Conduct regular TNA to identify employee learning gaps and support the development and maintenance of a comprehensive Skills Matrix for all roles. - Training Evaluation & Effectiveness
Monitor, evaluate, and report on training outcomes using established models such as Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Evaluation Framework. - HRDCorp Training Coordination
Support HRDCorp claimable training processes, including registration, documentation, and claim submission in compliance with HRDCorp requirements. - Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders — including HR, Department Heads, and Branch PICs — to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives and programs. - Compliance & Audit
Ensure all training activities comply with MYDIN's training standards, HRDCorp regulations, and internal audit requirements.
What we're looking for
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in HR, Training & Development, Education, or related field.
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) in a relevant field is highly preferred.
- At least2–3 years of experiencein training, learning & development, or vocational skills training.
- Experience managing LMS platforms (Dizprz, Moodle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
- Familiar with HRDCorp requirements and claimable training processes (added advantage).
