Role Description

Training Strategy & Program Development:

  • Design, implement, and coordinate comprehensive training programs for non-executive staff to enhance operational skills and job performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to identify training needs, skill gaps, and cross-training opportunities.

Content Creation & Material Management:

  • Update, refine, and develop engaging training materials, job aids, and documentation to support learning objectives.
  • Ensure all training content is current, relevant, and accessible.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

  • Conduct interactive learning sessions, workshops, and Train-the-Trainer programs.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and e-learning platforms to maximize knowledge transfer.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor, track, and report on training effectiveness, participation, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure data integrity within the training database.

Trainer Development & Coaching:

  • Mentor, coach, and develop new and part-time trainers to build a strong internal training team.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and support to trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Operational Support & Coordination:

  • Prepare and manage monthly and yearly training calendars.
  • Coordinate trainer assignments and movement to achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Support routine projects, audits, and other assignments as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end learning & development processes (minimum 3-4 years).
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and SAP systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and general computing skills.
  • Experience with video editing and digital content creation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
