About the Job
We are looking for a driven and persistent Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing key accounts, and building long-term business relationships.
Job Responsibilities
● Develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics.
● Manage and grow existing client accounts.
● Conduct cold calls, client visits, and business presentations to generate new leads.
● Achieve sales KPIs and revenue targets.
● Build a pipeline of clients across various industries.
● Work closely with the team and management to align on strategies and performance.
● Coordinate with internal operation teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
● Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
● Prepare accurate sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications & Experiences Needed
● Experience in freight forwarding sales / business development is a plus.
● Proven track record of meeting KPIs and achieving commission targets.
● Sales Executive who is willing to venture into Logistics industry are encouraged to apply.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, persistence and relationship-building skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
