Job Scope

  • Lead pitches and present proposals to client.
  • Independently lead a portfolio.
  • Achieve sales target by nurture and convert new business lead.
  • Prepare event budget for clients.
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline / business funnels through referrals, networking, marketing events.
  • Initiate, maintain and improve relationships with existing and potential clients, corporate partners, government authorities.
  • Maintain and grow the revenue of each account assigned to you.
  • Identify, plan and manage event / conference strategies and activities to meet company goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales or event client servicing experience.
  • Willing to travel to sites when required.
  • A hands-on person and problem solver with excellent negotiation & project management skills.
  • Monitor project management & execution by project management team.
  • Possess leadership qualities- to lead and inspire a team of events personnel to support and achieve business and events objectives.
  • With conference or MICE experience is a plus.
