ACCOUNT Executive

Petaling Jaya

Salary Range RM2.8k – 4.5k

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Handle full set of account (Management report including notes to the account, general journal & project sales analysis;

Coaching/monitoring / reviewing accounts assistant Posting & reconciliations banks;

Posting suppliers, customers invoices & expenses claim;

Monitoring project (accruals based on project completion given by commercial department;

Preparing intercompany billings (interest charges & expenses reimbursement;

Preparing service tax computation & payment to Customs;

Reviewing payment vouchers;

Checking & compute payment to customs which is subject to withholding tax;

Reviewing petty cash;

Alias with bankers;

Attending queries from auditor

Attending analyse / queries from tax agent;

Preparing monthly cash flow if required.

Requirements:

Certificate, Diploma, Degree or any ACCA Qualification with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

The accounts executive reports directly to the assistant manager, finance. The accounts executive handles full set of accounts, monitor projects accruals, prepare service tax computation and intercompany billings. Also prepares monthly OPEX and cashflow, reviews petty cash and guide accounts assistants on postings and bank reconciliations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
