The key deliverables:

  • A structured backlog and prioritization mechanism for enhancements and modifications.

  • Knowledge base, development standards, and documentation for internal ServiceNow practices.

  • Roadmap for ServiceNow capability development and team expansion.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Platform Development & Management - Design, build, and manage scalable ServiceNow workflows, modules, and integrations with a focus on finance and operations.

  • Business Engagement - Collaborate with Finance and business teams to capture requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure alignment with process needs.

  • Project Leadership - Lead ServiceNow-related projects from inception through delivery. Ensure on-time, in-scope, and high-quality implementations.

  • Governance & Compliance - Enforce ServiceNow development standards and governance policies, especially in contexts involving citizen developers.

  • Team Growth & Mentorship - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and guide the onboarding of future team members.
