Job Summary:

To support the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team in ensuring that products meet the required safety, quality, and regulatory standards. To assist in various activities that help maintain high product quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and inspect inbound and outbound logistics according to our guidelines and policy.
  • Support the testing of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Help in maintaining accurate records of testing procedures, product specifications, and quality control data.
  • Participate in internal and external audits (Halal and supplier audit) to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
  • Participate in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and work instructions related to food safety and quality.
  • Gain knowledge of food safety regulations and assist in ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
  • Support Halal implementation processes.
  • To monitor and ensure that all HALAL files and documents are in order and well organized.
  • Any adhoc study / project / task assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Halal Regulatory.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa, both oral and written.
  • Clear written and verbal communication to assist with reporting findings and working with team members.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time- management skills.
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to work.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
