Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible in sourcing, evaluating and selection of suppliers, including negotiation on pricing of material and obtaining comparison quotes , to ensure the cost saving budget and target.
  • To monitor and report related activities and to provide relevant information to management, support various procurement activities related to various department.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process of purchase in accordance with company procedures and policies.
  • Provide purchasing planning and control, prepare and analyse the purchase report.
  • Data entry and follow up the Job Order Form for Maintenance Department & Production.
  • To carry out other ad-hoc duties and function assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Excellent Communication, Strong analytical with negotiation skills, attention to the details, processing order diligently.
  • Process strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude and initiative to problem solving.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage.
