Location: Sunway Geo Avenue, Bandar Sunway (Nearby public transport)

Working arrangement: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Office based)

Basic salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in managing day-to-day client communications and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate reports and records of client information, updates
  • Coordinate internal team tasks, timelines, and deliverables based on client requirements
  • Prepare basic client reports and status updates
  • Handle general administrative duties related to account and project coordination
  • Follow up on outstanding deliverables or documents from both clients and internal teams
  • Support the team in ensuring high-quality service and timely response to client needs

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting (fresh grads are welcome)
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office is a plus
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment
  • Team player with a proactive attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
