RINGKASAN:

Latihan industri dalam bidang Sumber Manusia dan Pentadbiran yang memberi pendedahan menyeluruh kepada fungsi HR seperti pengurusan kehadiran, fail pekerja, surat-menyurat rasmi serta pengurusan inventori dan tugasan am pejabat. Pelatih akan membantu pasukan HR dan pentadbiran dalam pelaksanaan aktiviti operasi harian organisasi.

TANGGUNGJAWAB:

  • Membantu dalam proses rekrutmen (iklan jawatan, tapis resume, atur sesi temuduga).
  • Membantu bahagian inventori termasuk penyemakan stok, kemas kini rekod keluar masuk barangan, dan memastikan susun atur stor teratur.
  • Membantu dalam penyediaan laporan HR bulanan (cuti, kehadiran, dan prestasi).
  • Menyokong pelaksanaan program dalaman staf seperti latihan, aktiviti kebajikan dan acara korporat.
  • Menjalankan tugasan am pejabat seperti pengurusan fail, penghantaran dokumen dalaman, dan membantu keperluan operasi harian.

KELAYAKAN YANG DIPERLUKAN:

  • Pelajar tahun akhir dalam bidang Sumber Manusia, Pengurusan, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan.
  • Tempoh latihan minimum 3 bulan (digalakkan 6 bulan).
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft dan Google Workspace.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi, organisasi dan rekod data yang baik.
  • Teliti, bertanggungjawab, berdisiplin dan boleh bekerja dengan pengawasan minima.
  • Proaktif dan sedia belajar tugasan yang pelbagai sebagai pendedahan asas bekerja (bidang sumber manusia, admin & inventori).
