Job Responsibilities:

  1. Primarily responsible for recruiting for ITO positions, like java developer, technical support and SAP consultant in Malaysia. Handle end-to-end full-cycle recruitment.

Job Requirements:

  1. 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, especially with experience as a technical recruiter.

2. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with proficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

  1. Familiar with the use of mainstream recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobstreet, etc.

  2. Proficient in the entire recruitment process, including resume searching, interview organization, salary negotiation, and onboarding procedures.

  3. A responsible work attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to complete recruitment tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed.

  4. Candidates who can start working immediately are preferred.
