Duties & Responsibilities
Designer Architecture
- Prepare design, documentation, and specifications in accordance with building codes, authority guidelines, project and client requirements.
- Taking the client instruction and analyst project brief.
- Liaise with authorities on project matters.
- Attend project related meetings & participate effectively in technical and design discussions.
- Assist to coordinate in project management to ensure smooth progress and timely completion project. Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work scope.
Technical Architecture
- Produce drawings for design proposal to client.
- Prepare and coordinate drawings for design development, tender exercise and construction.
- Provide technical support in the production of drawings.
- Attend technical meetings and assist Architect to review drawings and advise on technical & construction drawing issues to ensure compliance to design objective and design quality.
- Manage drawing filing system on BIM360 in accordance with company standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior which is related to the nature of the work scope.
Job Competency (Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge)
- Must possess Diploma or Degree in Architectural or 2 - 3 years of working experience in related
field. - Proficiency in using architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledgeable in BIM fundamental of 3D modelling, visualization and cloud collaboration.
- Familiarity with UBBL, MS codes and Authority requirement (Part 2 position)
- Responsible person with ability to work independently in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of architectural details and working drawings.
- Flair in design and produce good design concepts.
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
